Alongside an active performing career, Aniruddha has been teaching the violin for over a decade, mentoring students across different levels of learning. He is also actively involved in strengthening the Carnatic music ecosystem through two organisations. He is part of the organising team at Ananya, one of Bengaluru's premier chamber concert venues, and serves as a Trustee of Musicians' Collective, a platform created by musicians, for musicians. Through regular concerts, workshops, lecture-demonstrations and collaborative practice sessions, the Collective seeks to bring musicians together, foster learning and artistic interaction, and build a stronger, more vibrant Carnatic music community.

Beyond music, Aniruddha has pursued a successful career in the technology industry since 2015. Beginning as a software engineer at SAP Labs, he later transitioned into Solution Consulting and Presales after completing his MBA, and currently serves as the Head of Presales at Candela Labs – Sapiens. Outside his professional pursuits, he enjoys traveling and trekking, having completed numerous expeditions across the Himalayas and the Western Ghats. He has been happily married to Deepika Ramsankar since 2023.
